Embodied presence is a teachable skill.
Rosen Method Bodywork
Rosen Method Bodywork uses conscious touch, verbal communication and compassionate awareness to release muscle tension, to free the breath, open the heart, and experience our true self. Bringing awareness to the inner body, Rosen Method touch helps in opening and removing the layers of tension that separate us from our authentic self.
Reflections on the Rosen Experience:
"Coming to a Rosen session is time I set apart for me amid all the demands and stresses of work. During the session I am invited to pay attention to my body and what it needs, or rather, I need, at this moment in time, right now. I remember again, how important that is. My hope is, in remembering it through Rosen, I can pay attention to my body more often." -B
"I am able to go deeper into my feelings and I am always pleasantly surprised at what I discover and experience. I am more accepting and grateful that my body keeps teaching me things that I have missed and that I value now at this stage in my life." -J
"Too often in the fast-paced and chaotic world we live in, it is difficult to slow down and pay attention to what our bodies are trying to tell us or to hear that still small voice within. A Rosen session provides an opportunity for quiet reflection and a deeper awareness of body and heart in a caring and safe environment." -E

The fullness of life may be in direct correlation to: how present we are to life’s moments; how aware we are to our own body as the container for all of our life experiences; and to our capacity to receive and give Love.
